OVERVIEW

The objective of this project is to redesign the journey and workflow of the group insurance application system for agents who apply for insurance for corporate clients. Additionally, the project aims to enhance the employee benefits features and workflows related to group insurance within the customer mobile application.

Challenge & Opportunity

The existing workflow of the group insurance application system is not user-friendly and is laden with complex logic operations, which frustrates agents. Furthermore, the employee benefits feature (e.g., top-up protection limit) requires customers to fill out numerous fields tied to various logic operations. This complexity often leads to customers spending excessive time understanding their entitlements and requirements, resulting in frustration.

Solution

The redesigned group insurance application system streamlines the application process, significantly reducing the time required to fill out application forms. Enhancements to post-sales support functions facilitate easier follow-up on pending applications. The newly designed customer-facing employee benefits features allow users to smoothly and effectively top up their insurance protection, creating a more user-friendly experience.
